Olive Properties

Established early in 2003 Olive Properties was one of the first British Managed and British Owned property and land developing companies to enter the market in Paphos. Established to challenge current standards and bring a fresh approach to the market, Olive Properties quickly became regarded as a niche supplier of superior standard properties suitable for partial and permanent residency in and around the Paphos area.

Managing Director of Olive Properties is Richard Lamb; a BSc (Hons) graduate of Estate Management & Land Valuation from Birmingham, England. Richard has extensive experience throughout Europe in the project management of major land acquisition and construction projects; he is married with two young children and has been resident in Paphos since 2000.

A period of consolidation in 2007 saw the advent of a new partner to the business, and a focus towards the provision of a greater diversification of property and construction related services. Construction Director of Olive Properties is Aristos Tourvas; a BSc (Hons) graduate of Quantity Surveying from Reading, England; Aristos has comprehensive quantity surveying and civil construction experience, he is married with a young son and is originally from the village of Kathikas in Paphos.
