When Olive Properties was established in 2003, they were the first mainstream property developer to provide all the following included as standard for the same price or less than the standard market price:
- Italian fitted kitchens with granite finishes;
- Marble vanity units;
- Reverse Hot & Cold AC installed;
- Pressure Pump system installed;
- Natural stone and acrylic graffiato external finishes.
That was over five years ago, and we haven't stopped striving or innovating in our design concepts to utilise new products and materials with our end goal to always give the customer more, whilst continually enhancing our reputation in the market place cementing the Olive brand as one synonymous with quality, integrity and professionalism.
